Dream Stage is a venture we built and ran ourselves. Most people know their home could look better, but a designer feels expensive and the first step feels like a big commitment.
The idea: make the first step a photo. Send one picture of your room, pick a style, and see your actual space designed before you spend anything.
What was built: the brand, the website and the whole customer flow. A drag slider that shows a room before and after, a gallery of six signature styles, a free first-room preview, three packages, and a shop-the-look list for every design.

The first room is free and needs no card. One finished concept of the customer's real space shows what the paid work looks like, so the decision comes after they've seen it.
