Why do I need a system for reviews?
Because asking in person is easy to forget. You finish the job, you're busy, the moment passes. And once a review comes in, it needs an answer you don't always have time to write. This system handles both ends, every time.
How does the asking work?
When a job is done, the customer gets a short, friendly message with a direct link to leave a review. It can trigger after a booking is complete, after a payment, or after a job is marked done. We connect it to the tools you already use. You can leave out anyone who shouldn't get a request, like a job that didn't go to plan.
How do the replies sound?
Like you. We set the tone from how you already talk to customers. Each reply responds to what the person actually said, not a stock "thanks for the review." If someone mentions a staff member or a detail of the job, the reply picks it up. Replies go out within a few hours to a couple of days, so nothing sits unanswered.
What about bad reviews?
Those need a person. An automatic reply to an upset customer can make things worse. Negative or tricky reviews are held for you to read first. We can draft a suggested reply, but you decide what gets posted.
Why does this help my Google profile?
- New customers read reviews before they call
- A steady flow shows your business is active
- An owner who answers regularly keeps the profile active, which Google tends to favor
- Reviews give you the words customers actually use to describe you
We test the replies with you on real reviews before anything goes live. Once the tone feels right, it runs on its own. You can still read every reply it posts.
Happy customers forget to leave reviews. So ask every one, and answer every one.
